When you choose standard shipping, we mail your gift cards to your billing address. Standard shipping costs are included in your order fee. This delivery service is not trackable and will be delivered by Canada Post in 5-10 business days.

Yes. Oxford Properties Group does ship online orders to third party recipients for gifting. The credit card used must be tied to a Canadian address and the billing address must match the credit card address.

An Oxford Gift Card Plus is generally active the moment it is purchased; however, in some cases it may take up to four hours for the funds to be activated on the card. If you are having issues with your card, please call the number located on the back of your card.

When using your Oxford Gift Card PLUS card to make a purchase that is greater than the amount on the card, the value of your card can be combined with another form of payment.

At the discretion of each merchant, the value of your Oxford Gift Card PLUS may also be combined with a credit or debit card when you are making a purchase. If you don’t tell the cashier or merchant the correct balance on the gift card and try to make a purchase for more than the amount on your gift card, the transaction will be declined.

NOTE: It’s important to keep track of your gift card balance so you do not try to make purchases for more than the amount remaining on the gift card.

No, but you can always purchase another Oxford Gift Card PLUS online or at any Oxford Properties Shopping Centre.

You can use your Oxford Gift Card PLUS until the funds on the card are reduced to zero. However, if you still have funds available after the “valid thru” date printed on the back, please call the number on the back of your card to obtain a free replacement card or visit Guest Service at the closest Oxford Properties Mall. Your balance will be transferred to a new replacement Oxford Gift Card PLUS. The “valid thru” date is required for merchants that request an expiration date to process transactions.

Be sure to keep your Oxford Gift Card PLUS in case you need to return merchandise for credit. However, it is important to remember that merchandise return and refund policies vary by merchant. If a credit is issued to the cardholder, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days depending on the process followed by the vendor. Check your balance regularly online to determine when your card has been credited for the return.

The original value will be indicated on your card at the time of purchase. You can also check online to see the current value on the card. The website can provide a transactional history of your Oxford Gift Card PLUS too.

No, Oxford Gift Card funds do not expire. If you exceed the expiration date on the back of the card, please stop by Guest Services at your nearest Oxford Shopping Centre and they will transfer the funds over to a new card for you.

A pre-authorization hold applies to transactions at most restaurants, hotels and places of service such as beauty and hair salons. Please be advised there is an automatic 20% additional pre-authorization hold above the charge amount to leave the opportunity for gratuity when transacting with your gift card at a service merchant.

If no tip is applied the authorization will fall off in a few days. Most service holds will fall off by the next business day, but some may take a few days. This is determined by the retailer and not Oxford Properties.

The consolidation of balance from multiple Oxford Gift Cards onto a single card is not permitted.
